Hi Bayside, and welcome to Wikipedia.

Thankyou for finding the time to sign up and contribute to our little project. If you're in doubt about anything, you might want to check out some of these pages:

It's also a good idea to sign the new user log and add a little about yourself.

When contributing to a talk page, you can sign your name by typing four tildes after your comments, like this: ~~~~. (Just so you know, some people won't pay attention to unsigned comments).

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me at my talk page, or at the Help desk or Village Pump.

Above all, make sure you be bold when contributing, and have fun!

I suggest bringing it up here: Talk:Port Phillip Bay Sam [Spade] 11:37, 19 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]

The article Port Phillip is a disambiguation article - that is, it simply points to other articles with a similar name, whereas the article Port Phillip Bay contains the article about the bay. You can use this [[Port Phillip Bay|Port Phillip]] when changing links to it so that readers are directed to the right article, and the name "Port Phillip" is shown in the link. If you think the article name needs to be changed, feel free to discuss it at the talk page Sam Spade posted above. T.P.K. 12:00, 28 Sep 2004 (UTC)

OK, all solved, I got rid of the disambiguation page and moved Port Phillip Bay to Port Phillip, so disregard what I said above, the main article on the bay is at Port Phillip now. T.P.K. 12:34, 28 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Bayside! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 43 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Sarah Blanck - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
