To my knoledge and according to the UN site the UN does not have an anthem. I don't know this person and maybe the autor wanted say that he wrote a hymn to the UN. Didn't found any hint on the Hebrew wikipedia (the page "Amos Meller" is void, but I can't transliterate his name and even if I could I don't understand Hebrew ;-( ) nor on the net.
