MfD nomination of User:Rogerd/AmExcept

[edit]

User:Rogerd/AmExcept, a page which you created or substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Rogerd/AmExcept and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Rogerd/AmExcept during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Cremastra (uc) 23:26, 26 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm embarrassed I didn't recognize your username until I saw it with the lowercase "r". Thanks for what you do. BusterD (talk) 00:17, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Aw shucks. Actually, I haven't been as active as I used to be lately. Thanks again for responding to this silly MfD. rogerd (talk) 00:28, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Silly MfDs are my specialty, sad to say. BusterD (talk) 01:38, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You do good work. rogerd (talk) 03:03, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have withdrawn the MfD for obvious reasons. Apologies for the disturbance. Thanks, Cremastra (uc) 21:46, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reminder to participate in Wikipedia research

[edit]

Hello,

I recently invited you to take a survey about administration on Wikipedia. If you haven’t yet had a chance, there is still time to participate– we’d truly appreciate your feedback. The survey is anonymous and should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. You may read more about the study on its Meta page and view its privacy statement.

Take the survey here.

Kind Regards,

WMF Research Team

FYI, when I got this, I had thought I had already taken the survey, and when I followed the link, I got a message that indeed I had. I hope that you aren't sending this message to a lot of other people who have already taken the survey. rogerd (talk) 02:06, 13 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:09, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
