Air Guyane SP was a French-Guyanese regional airline with its head office on the grounds of Cayenne-Rochambeau Airport in Matoury, French Guiana.[2] It operates regional scheduled flights. Its main base is Cayenne-Rochambeau Airport.[3]

The airline was placed into liquidation by the Mixed Commercial Court of Pointe-à-Pitre on August 2, 2023[4], and it was folded on October 1 of the same year.[1]
